Our Sea moss is handmade to order please allow 2 days for your order to be made.
Standard shipping may take 2- 4 days business days depending on your location and Australian Post delivery.
Refunds
Please contact us if you wish to refund a product, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will advise if you are eligible for the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving your delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue right away for you.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Miss Seamoss.
Exchanges
We are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you have a change of mind we will gladly offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging and not opened.
A copy of the invoice must to be included.
Returns for refund or exchanges to be posted to Miss Seamoss.
Return shipping method and associated costs plus reshipping of correct Merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
